Wood Agates

Dear collectors fo fine agate specimens,

Just a few months ago I went to Turkey, sourcing agates from all different locations across the country. If you are not familiar with the different Turkish localities, make sure to go back to my YouTube channel in December to familiarize yourself with them and learn about the adventures that come with such a trip.

My main focus on these travels was on agatized limbcasts from the region of Amasya. I think it is one of the most spectacular new finds, and due to their shape, colors, and structures, it is tons of fun to cut!

I am taking you to my workshop in today's video to cut some of these casts open, and digitally share the fun with you. I have a relatively large stock of material right now, so you can also take advantage of the supply, which is available at the moment, and grab some rough for yourself to cut huge discounts are available for larger quantities!!!

The new specimens are now, of course, directly available on my website, along with more beautiful pieces from Turkey. The struggles in the region have continued, with some of the locals getting in physical fights with authorities; the region has stopped producing due to these geopolitical reasons and armed forces patrolling the area.

We have recently updated our rough rock page with new limbcast types in the inventory. We have stocked up the listings for individual casts and now also have a listing with larger-sized pieces in a specimen and a lapidary grade. Please read carefully through the inventory description to decide which of these you would like to order. In future live shows I will also offer up individual pieces again. I'll keep you updated on that.
