Mozambique Tete Location (Swazi Agate) Size XL

These are some of the fresh mined agates from Tete province in Mozambique. They are also known as Swazi agate.

This batches are part of the highest quality rough material that has hit the specimen market yet from this location. We have them currently available in the sizes M, L and XL.

This XL lots will have ca. 1-2 pieces per kilo.

In these batches most of the nodules will be complete, and a total surprise of what is inside!!

They can have beautiful banding with strong contrast. Sometimes even parallax or needle type pseudomorphs can be cut. Water level banding is another common type you often find in combination with fortification banding!

The predominant colors are blue red and white, with shades of pink and purple!
