A Gemstone with Stunning Characteristics

Royal Imperial Jasper from Mexico is celebrated as one of the most exquisite and visually striking jasper varieties in the world. Its allure lies not only in its breathtaking appearance but also in the exceptional size of the pieces we’re offering. While most jasper stones tend to be on the smaller side, our collection features stones measuring between 3 and 5 inches, which is twice the size of what’s typically available. These larger pieces are not just eye-catching; they’re perfect for any serious collector.

Another standout feature is the banding of this jasper, which resembles floral motives, almost like a living painting, or misty landscapes, especially when transverse stripes are present. When viewed in the light, these patterns create a mesmerizing effect. The color range spans from soft pastels to bold contrasts, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

Availability and Unique Features

Unfortunately, we currently do not have raw stones of this material available. In recent years, the quality hasn’t quite matched the high standards of the past, and the prices for the remaining raw stones have increased significantly. However, we’ve curated a special selection of polished pieces just for you, which you can explore on our website. These stones are not only stunning to look at but also make for impressive additions to any collection.

Another key difference from our agates is the time it takes to cut Royal Imperial Jasper. As you’ll see in our latest YouTube video, cutting these stones is a true test of patience, but the results are well worth the effort!
