Dear collectors of fine banded, beautiful agates!
It’s Friday again, and a special one on top!
For known reasons I have discounted a ton of new agates which you can find in the „Sale“ section of my website, making it a current total of 250 discounted specimens!! The highest amount ever!
On top of that, for this week there will be an automatic 25% discount if you check out with more than 7 specimens at once. This also counts for the most recent uploaded agates and jaspers.
Calendars will be sent out when I am back from Malawi.
This week's update and YouTube video is about agates from Agate Creek, Australia. In terms of their color variety and color intensity, they are some of the more underrated agates in the more affordable section of agates.
Many smaller sized and flawed pieces with plenty of color exist. However, the best and larger ones are rare, like anywhere else. Through a row of unexpected turns, I ended up with a just fabulous collection of these Queensland agates, after other dealers changed their minds and passed on buying them. It’s the best Australian collection I have had my hands on yet.
Most of the collection has been sold since the beginning of the year, and I am now getting to the point to release some of the best specimens from this very collection.

The other pieces are from rough agates I have personally cut.
Finding rough Queensland agates is everything else but common, and just rarely are they over two inches in size.
