Malawi Membrane Curls: Seltene Rohsteine mit einzigartigem Muster

Rough, Rare, and Fascinating: Malawi Membrane Curls from an Unexplored Source

Dear mineral collectors,

This week, we’re excited to introduce you to the Malawi Membrane Curls, a breathtaking natural phenomenon that is unparalleled in the world of agates. These agates come from a source we’ve never offered before, and they’re just what you’re looking for if you seek something truly special.

What makes these stones so extraordinary?

It all began with a viscous silica layer that solidified during the formation of the agate. What remained are spiral patterns that resemble delicate curls along the edges of the stones. Depending on gravity during their formation, these „Membrane Curls“ are either evenly distributed or concentrated in the lower section of the specimen.

We’re offering these rough agates exclusively in their natural state, and the stones range in sizes from 3 cm to 6 cm.

In our new YouTube video, you can pick up valuable tips, and Joshua explains the best way to cut the Membrane Curl agates.

A note for collectors:

These nodules are fully intact, but judging the internal quality from the outside is often nearly impossible. This is where the excitement begins! Sometimes, an unassuming piece on the outside turns out to be completely mind-blowing and other times, it doesn’t quite meet expectations. If you prefer to play it safe, we recommend checking out our selection of polished agates, where you know exactly what you’re getting.

This week, we also have a delightful surprise for you!
A total of ten pairs of Malawi Membrane Curls will be included as a small thank-you gift with your orders. And as a crowning highlight, the very best pair will go to the first order to purchase 10 kg of the Malawi Membrane Curls.

And here’s what else is important this week:
We’re now expanding our website and include polished Malawi agates from a different source. While these polished pieces aren’t from the same location as the Membrane Curls, they are just as captivating and perfect for collectors who appreciate refined beauty.

See you soon!
Joshua and the Agatebay Team
